How long have you been in business?

We started releasing themes way back in 2008 (before it was cool) and are considered one of the few established and proven theme providers in the WordPress community. If you would like to read our story or learn more about the team head over to our fancy-dancy about page.

Will themes purchased on this page work on WordPress.com?

First and foremost, WordPress.com is not WordPress. WordPress.com is a commercial blog hosting service from Automattic, Inc. WordPress is open source self-hosted software downloaded from WordPress.org.

Please do not expect to install or upload any themes purchased on this checkout page to WordPress.com, it is not possible. The themes sold on this checkout page are for self-hosted WordPress.org installations.

Do you sell themes on WordPress.com?

Yes, we now sell themes on WordPress.com. If you wish to buy one of our themes for use on WordPress.com you must purchase the theme directly from WordPress.com, not through this page. From your WordPress.com dashboard navigate to Appearance → Themes → Premium and search for the theme.

Where do I get support?

We provide support via our support forum and theme tutorials. We do not provide technical support via e-mail, phone, or Twitter.

Our member support forums are open 8 - 4 EST, Monday - Friday (excluding US holidays). When the support forums are open, you should expect a response to your question within 2 - 3 hours. We sometimes will answer questions on weekends and holidays but you should not count on it.

What kind of support questions may I ask?

Feel free to ask any questions about our themes. We don't provide support for 3rd party plugins or troubleshoot WordPress specific issues.

Can you help with customizations and modifications?

We are more than happy to help you customize your theme. Our support forums are chock full of killer customization tips and tweaks. This includes switching fonts, changing colors, basic layout modifications, and more. Keep in mind, we will not be able to teach you CSS/HTML/PHP or provide step-by-step instructions for extensive modifications.
